We will have available 300 gallon totes of fresh pressed 2024 wine juice from the Birthplace  of the Wisconsin Ledge AVA here at Trout Springs Winery. This will be a blend of red grapes including Frontennac, St. Croix, Petite Pearl, and Marquette. Brix starts at 20%.  Typically you will get 150-160 gal/juice per ton.

You will get a much better deal buying juice than grapes as most grapes go for about $1400-$2000/ton. We will sell for $10/gallon. Save on labor for processing and equipment investments. A delivery fee will be included unless you arrange for pick up. A $250 deposit on the tote will be required. Call Steve at 920-371-1347
